It will take a little getting use to, but fun times to be had. No, I don't think the community is divided since the map packs are free. Only $20 and you get all DLC that's out now plus whatever else they release which, if I recall, should be Retro map pack from KZ2 and KZ3. Worth the $9.99 to pick it up, but my recommendation would be to buy the season pass. From banking the points to getting multi-kills with C4, it's just plain fun. Worth it if you buy season pass, probably not worth it to buy standalone. Adds more challenges and abilities to the multi-player. The DLC includes the new Intercept co op mode and the Insurgent class to play online. They have released two 'map packs' however, they are both free. Yes, there is DLC but, no it's not map packs.
